{"id":63,"date":"2014-06-03T13:13:50","date_gmt":"2014-06-03T20:13:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.findaproperty.ca\/blog\/?p=63"},"modified":"2014-06-03T13:13:50","modified_gmt":"2014-06-03T20:13:50","slug":"may-2014-vancouver-real-estate-statistics-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.findaproperty.ca\/blog\/may-2014-vancouver-real-estate-statistics-out\/","title":{"rendered":"May 2014 Vancouver Real Estate Statistics Out"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>June 3, 2014<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">An increase in home buyer demand put Great Vancouver in the upper reaches of a balanced real estate market in May.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that residential property sales in Greater Vancouver reached 3,286 on the Multiple Listing Service\u00ae (MLS\u00ae) in May 2014.
