Kevin is the third generation of his family to become a real estate professional on Vancouver's North Shore. His grandparents, Alita and Stearn Bennett, along with his uncle Trevor Bennett served the community's real estate needs from the 1960s onward.

Kevin has 13 years of experience in international sales. Living in London, UK for 7 years, Kevin helped deliver real estate marketing for one of the world's leading property consultancies:  Savills of Britain. Also while living in London, Kevin's other marketing strategy clients included Rothschild, John Lewis Partnership, and the BBC to name but a few. Upon his return to British Columbia in 2003, Kevin decided to use his experience in delievering marketing strategy to Vancouver's property market. Kevin enrolled at UBC's Sauder School of Business and earned his Real Estate Licence in early 2004.   

Although Kevin's experience has an international element, his commitment to his home community has always been strong. Raised on Vancouver's North Shore, Kevin attended Sentinel Secondary School and Simon Fraser Universiy before graduating from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Broadcast Communications. Kevin later went on to study Information Technology at Dublin City University in Ireland. Serving the community from a young age Kevin has sat on a number of committees including being a member of West Vancouver's Long-Range Planning Committee. Kevin remains passionate about the on-going urban planning of Metro Vancouver.
