North Vancouver’s real estate market has gone absolutely off the chart.
Well, not literally, as you can always just change the parameters of a chart; however, for all intents and purposes the real estate market in North Vancouver is red hot. With unprecedented sales figures for this time of year, or for that matter any time of the year, sellers in the North Shore community are seeing multiple offers and prices above asking in many cases.
