2015 has been an extraordinarily busy year, to-date, in real estate throughout Metro Vancouver; however, North Vancouver is seeing unprecedented period of activity for this early in the year.
Over the last week, 93 sales were recorded in North Vancouver, up from 70 for the same period last year: a 33% increase year-on-year. Over the last 5 years, the average number of sales during same period was 60. This year’s figure represents a staggering 55% increase over the 5 year average.
Will the trend continue? If it does, and it appears so on the ground, we could very well be in a ‘Seller’s Market.’
